2. He pointed out different parts of the audience to show that he was interested in the topic.
3. He would put emphasis on certain words to show that those were important to him.
4. He used gestures such as pointing to his own teachers to show that's who taught him at school and that they believed in him.
5. The teachers probably didn't expect a 5th grade boy to come out and speak, but you can obviously see why they did. If a little 5th grader can get up on a stage in front of 20,000 people and give a eight minute speech and move that many people, then that was the job for him. He had great confidence and presented himself very well.
6. His main point was to get across that the students need the teachers to believe in him. That sometimes they're all they have to tell them that they can do it. I think he very much got his point across.
7. I think every teacher in there believed in his message. He presented it well. He had to of influenced them to want to do better in the workplace. Not just because that's their job in life but because they help guide all of this kids futures and that's what the kids need.
I personally thought that he message was awesome. He said it well not just for elementary grades, but all the way through high school. We all need teachers to help guide us in some direction and believe in us that we can pursue what we want to do in life or even if it's just a little test. If I were a teacher it really would of inspired me. If I were a 25 or even 60 year old teacher it would have. It would have shown me that as a teacher I can make a difference in a child's life.
